Optional email updates
Off by default. Choose future updates to send to your confirmed email. In-site notifications stay available; confirmation and password-recovery emails are separate.

Emails contain only a generic update and an account link, not file data or moderation notes. Changing your email turns these updates off; enable them again after confirming the new address. A message already being sent may still arrive after you turn updates off.
Optional account activity statistics
Off by default. If you agree, BinPapa administrators can associate your future public-page and record views, filtered searches and successful file responses with your account and current email for up to 90 days. This helps improve the catalog and understand member needs.
No full IPs, passwords, private-page content or PapaAI conversations. DNT/GPC privacy signals are respected. Saying no does not affect access. Turning this off deletes the collected account history. History and this choice are excluded from backups; after a restore the choice is off. Earlier activity is not reconstructed.

Email confirmation and recovery
Your email is private. Members need a confirmed email for protected downloads and full HEX, and for email password recovery. Demo files, search and firmware requests remain available. Signing in still uses your username.

These also work without email. Generating new codes invalidates previous ones. Save them privately: they are displayed once, and each code can be used once.
Delete account
This permanently disables your account and withdraws your public contributions. You will lose favorites and access. Moderation and security records may be retained under the privacy policy. Download any files you need first. This cannot be undone.
Reset password by email
Use the email you previously confirmed in your BinPapa account. For privacy, we do not disclose whether an account exists.
Recover with a saved code
Use one previously saved recovery code. It is consumed immediately; your old sessions are signed out. No email is sent.
