A person reviews each report. Filing a complaint does not mean that a file has already been withdrawn.

Submit a request
For a community file, use the complaint action in its detail page. For any record, including the archive, contact the listed email with its URL/ID/SHA-256, the reason, the affected rights or data and supporting information. Representatives should explain their authority; avoid unnecessary personal data.
Review and withdrawal
A moderator reviews the request and records a reasoned decision. Withdrawing a community submission closes its public detail and download routes; an archive record is withdrawn by removing its ID from the publication allowlist and restarting the service. Closing a complaint alone does not change file status.
If you disagree with a decision, contact the operator with the ID and additional information. Previously downloaded copies and external caches cannot reliably be recalled; backup retention is described in the privacy policy.
